What fun to share a room!

We put the girls to bed 2 hours before this picture was taken. I kept listening at their door to all the giggles, loving it........we let them just play in the dark because it's not like they have to get up for school or anything! I did go in once just before this picture was taken and they had all of the bedding on the floor between the beds, and they were standing on the beds throwing a beach ball back and forth to each other! I wish we would've recorded the laughter for them to hear later. The next time I went in, I saw this, they had taken off part of their pajama's and we're all piled up on the pillows and blankets in the middle of the floor. We eventually had to put them back in bed to get them to fall asleep.....but it was fun while it lasted!

The day I met him........(we had already adopted him).......it was love at first sight. God knew I only had 24 hours to fall in love with him and bond.....and boy did I. It was so hard to leave him, but he was in good hands :)


Rowan, you still make this sleepy stretch when I have to wake you up from the car seat. Happy Birthday....we love you so much and feel very blessed to have been chosen to be your parents. God has big plans for you and that strong will !
